To increase the efficiency and effectiveness of ACDA and its members in promoting and facilitating the equality and empowerment of children
with disabilities and Non children with disabilities and fight based child rights discrimination in locations where ACDA and its members are working.

III. Intervention strategies
1. To strengthen the understanding of members of ACDA about: Child rights awareness; basic concept approaches for child rights,
disability rights mainstreaming (concept and approaches), about the human/child/disability rights (UNCRPC / UNCRPD / LPRIC ); and on AAC ( InTrafficking, in family, in school, mother and child care ,etc.).
2. To strengthen the understanding of communities at working locations of ACDA and member organizations about the children with disabilities issues, human/ woman / child rights, on AAC.
3. To reduce AAC in the project areas of ACDA and its members by training and guiding members for action in data collection on AAC
incidences in their project location and development of appropriate coping & prevention mechanisms.
4. To set up and maintain a resource center on children with disabilities issues and AAC that is accessible to all relevant actors.
5. To develop a mechanism for (UNCRC/UNCRPD/LPRIC) monitoring by ACDA and its members.
6. To set up a sound mechanism for accountability on children with disabilities mainstreaming by members, learning, knowledge- and information management for and by member organizations, including documentation and dissemination of achievements.
7. To form links with other child protection networks in country and region forenriching the information of ACDA resource center.
8. To become a recognized actor that is asked for consultation and involvement in all important development processes concerning children with disabilities in Lao PDR.
IV OUR WORK
1. The capacity building and the strength to ACDA.
2. The increase the member of ACDA especially (the parents of children with disabilities, children with disabilities, persons with disabilities, non-persons with disabilities), and to find the problem and the needs of Lao children with disabilities who live in the local area of Lao PDR.
3. The promoting the basic rights of children with disabilities to access basic education and handover the education kits who live with their families has
lower socio-economic, vocational training and employment in the future.
4. The promoting the basic right of children with disabilities to access community basic rehabilitation (CBR) and access basic rights equipment aid.
5. The information to the parents of children with disabilities and Lao people in the society about the rehabilitation and development Lao children with disabilities
via social media of Lao government (newspaper, magazine, national radio station, national television station), especially (brochure, poster, newsletter, documentary
and “radio listening club”).
6. The building education-vocational center for Lao children with disabilities.
